Well, we’re back!

Since 2023 – the year we took our first trip to this beautiful country – we promised ourselves we would return. Of course, we didn’t think we would do so so soon, but that’s what happened, because the call of places where we had enjoyed ourselves became too strong, and with that we knew we had a certainty.

With the map (once again) in hand, we began to explore it remotely far and wide, until we outlined a well-structured programme with the destinations where we would spend our 12 days, before taking a flight to Hanoi, Vietnam.

Even more convenient was the fact that, for the month of October, it was still possible to book a direct flight from Milan Malpensa with the Japanese airline ANA.

The first time we visited, we didn’t miss out on the classic cities of Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka – adding, as always, a few lesser-known stops – but this time we decided to go one step further, renting a car to visit beautiful mountain villages that are difficult to reach by public transport.
